Where to view
From the panel: Customers. The list shows name, email, phone and more.
Order history
Click the eye icon next to a customer to open all their orders, including totals and items purchased.
Using customer data
- Identify VIPs — send them special offers.
- Identify inactive customers — send a "we miss you" email.
- Segment by product category — for targeted campaigns.
