Connect a custom domain

A custom domain looks more professional and helps SEO. If you bought a domain from an external provider, you can connect it to your store easily.

Steps

1. In the admin panel: Settings > Domain.
2. Enter your domain (e.g. mystore.com).
3. You'll get DNS records to add at your registrar.
4. Add the records in your registrar's panel (GoDaddy, Namecheap, etc.).
5. Wait 24-48 hours for DNS propagation worldwide.

Required DNS records

• A Record: Points to Shop123's IP
• CNAME: www points to the apex domain
