Launch your store

Before you launch your store to the public, make sure all the fundamentals are properly set up. The checklist below ensures a smooth experience for your first customers.

Pre-launch checklist

📦 Products

  • ✅ At least 5 products with high-quality images (1024×1024 px minimum)
  • ✅ Professional description for each (150+ words)
  • ✅ Categories defined (at least 2-3)
  • ✅ Valid prices and up-to-date stock

💳 Payment

  • ✅ At least one active payment method (credit card / PayPal / Bit)
  • ✅ Run a test order to confirm payment works

🚚 Shipping

  • ✅ Shipping zones configured (at least "Nationwide")
  • ✅ Clear shipping costs
  • ✅ Consider offering free shipping above a threshold

📄 Required info pages

  • ✅ "About" page — who you are and why customers should buy
  • ✅ "Contact" page — communication channels
  • ✅ Terms of service
  • ✅ Privacy policy
  • ✅ Returns & refunds policy (legally required)

🎨 Design & brand

  • ✅ Brand logo in header
  • ✅ Colors and fonts matched to brand
  • ✅ Compelling hero image

Launching

Once you've gone through the full checklist:

  1. From your admin panel, click "Publish store" in the header.
  2. Confirm your final URL.
  3. Your store goes live within 2-3 minutes.
💡 Tip: Ask 3 friends to place a real order on day one. The first orders expose issues you missed in your own testing.

After launch

  • Share the link on your social media
  • Email your existing audience
  • Add the store to your Instagram profile
  • Consider running a first paid campaign on Facebook Ads
