Add your first product

Adding a product on Shop123 is simple and direct. Here's how to do it well.

Steps

1. From the side menu: Products > All Products.
2. Click "+ New Product".
3. Fill in: name, description, price, quantity, category.
4. Upload at least 3 high-quality images.
5. Click "Save" — the product appears immediately.

Writing a description that sells

A good description is far more than a feature list. Follow this structure:

1. Catchy headline (Hook)

Describe the problem the product solves or the emotion it evokes. Not just "red cotton t-shirt".

2. Experience (Benefits)

What will the customer feel? "Soft to the touch, perfect for a full workday and an evening with friends."

3. Specifications (Features)

Material, dimensions, care instructions, country of origin.

4. Social proof

Past buyer reviews, press mentions, sales numbers.

Product image tips

• 📐 Recommended resolution: 1500×1500 px or higher.
• 🎨 Clean or atmospheric backgrounds — not cluttered.
• 📸 At least 4 different angles.
• 👤 A lifestyle shot showing the product in use.
• 📏 A scale shot when relevant.

💡 SEO tip: Alt text on images is what Google reads. Describe the image — not just "product image 1".
