Manage inventory

Good inventory management prevents frustrating moments — a customer ordering something that doesn't exist.

Setting product inventory

1. On the product edit page, find the "Quantity" field.
2. Enter the available quantity.
3. Mark "Unlimited" if it's a digital product or service.

Statuses

• In stock — positive quantity.
• Out of stock — 0. The product shows a disabled button.
• Unlimited — always available.

Auto-decrement after order

Shop123 automatically subtracts 1 from inventory per fulfilled order. Cancelled orders return their items to stock.

💡 Tip: Show "Only 3 left in stock" as an urgency driver. Enable it in store settings.
