Discount coupons

Coupons are one of the strongest tools for driving sales, especially in campaigns.

Coupon types

• Percentage off — e.g. 10% or 20%.
• Fixed amount — e.g. 50 ILS off.
• Free shipping — links to a shipping method.

Creating a coupon

1. Panel > Coupons > "+ New Coupon".
2. Enter or generate a code (e.g. SAVE10).
3. Pick a discount type and enter a value.
4. Set limits: number of uses, expiration date, specific categories / products.
5. Save and promote the code.

Strategic playbook

• 🎉 Launch code: 15% off for the first 100 buyers.
• 🎂 Birthday: discount auto-sent on the customer's birthday.
• 🛒 Abandoned cart: 5% off to recover abandoned carts.
• 📱 First order: discount to encourage newsletter signup.
