Manage orders

Every order appears under Panel > Orders with its status.

Order statuses

  • Pending — ordered but not paid / approved.
  • Payment confirmed — money received, ready to fulfill.
  • Processing — you're preparing the order.
  • Shipped — handed to courier.
  • Delivered — arrived at destination.
  • Cancelled — order cancelled.

Handling a new order

  1. Click the order number for full details.
  2. Check: customer, items, address, notes.
  3. Prepare the package.
  4. Update status to "Shipped" + enter tracking number.
  5. Customer receives an automatic email with the tracking number.

Refunds and cancellations

Clicking "Cancel Order" + entering a reason will auto-restock items. The actual money refund must be processed through your payment provider's panel.

⚠️ Important: Israeli consumer protection law gives buyers 14 days to cancel an order after delivery.
